FROM BISHOP DESK.... My dear people of God. I greet you most warmly in the precious Name of our Lord Jesus Christ. We are grateful for the birth of this Diocese. From Bishop Desk From every perspective, l see this diocese as one divinely created as a model and very well loved by our God. Mission Statement
To recapture the past mode of Christian development through the training of each member in the Church catechism.
..
To establish a strong Bible study in each of our Churches so as to cultivate a culture of regular reading and study of the Word of God in each individual member of our Church.
To train and enlist the interest of all our youths in the mastery of all elements of Anglicanism and its role in bringing up mature Christians.
To establish new Churches made up of converts so as to take the Gospel to all nooks and corners of the Diocese. Our entire work force shall be reengineered to fulfill a wholistic ministry that will preach, teach, heal and counsel in order to give the people a new lease of life through Christ.
Our tools for realizing the above shall be effective evangelism, fellowships and house cells, as well as purposeful Church services.
Our vision is to be a leading Diocese in the Church of Nigeria [Anglican Communion] in the proclamation of the Gispel and populating of God's Kingdom
